Frequent Questions

What kind of fastener do I use to attach my siding?

The type of fastener you used depends on the type of siding you're hanging and what the the base material is that you are hanging it to. Consult the manufacturers recomendations for the siding you choose.

Are the spacers visible after installation?

The spacers are completely invisible once the siding is hung. They are designed to break off precisely each and every time above the board. Allowing every board to remain flush against the previous course.

Will the spacers damage the surface of pre-finished siding?

No. Removal of the spacers never mar the surface of your siding. The spacers are even provided with a protective paper that can be placed behind the clip for added protection.

How do the siding spacers keep my siding level?

The spacers are injection molded and are held to tight tolerances so that the clips will have almost no variation in distance. Because of that each course of siding follows exact level of the previous course from bottom to top of your project. Just make sure your first course is level.
